We are currently looking for a Travel Specialist that will be responsible for supporting our in-house travel department.

The position will be located at our corporate office in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities :

• Responsible for booking corporate travel including airfare, car and hotel reservations for in-house corporate travelers
• Build relationships with airline, hotel and rental car agencies to provide efficient travel plans for the company executives and employees
• Maintain corporate travel files and detailed data entry using Salesforce
• Ensure travel details are entered timely and accurately
• Assist in retrieving receipts when needed Requirements :
• Experience in itinerary planning and travel organization for large groups of people
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must thrive in fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
• Comfortable with change and ability to meet short deadlines Other Qualities We Look For :
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (Preferred)
• Experience with travel booking software (Preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce and Google Docs
• Experience with various travel software programs (ie : Expedia or TripAdvisor)
• Patience and persistence
• Very detail-oriented, thorough and well-organized
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Reliability and dependability in terms of job attendance and performance
• Strong team player, but still enjoys working independently SCHEDULE : Friday - Tuesday : 9 PM - 5 : 30 AM PST What we can offer :
